Rich Miller, a seasoned executive in distributed computing and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), has spent the second half of his career focused on product marketing, business development, and corporate strategy. With a background in designing and implementing messaging, e-mail, and EDI, Miller co-founded Univa Corporation, where he served as COO. After his tenure at Univa, Miller worked with the co-founders of Replicate Technologies, where he became CEO in 2007. As Cloud Computing and Big Data became more prominent, Miller re-established Telematica Inc., focusing on product strategy, business development, and professional services.

As the CEO and Managing Director at Telematica Inc., Miller has served in advisory roles for numerous organizations, including FossID AB, Edgevana Inc., Ovation.io, DBM Cloud Systems, and others. Additionally, Miller has acted as Consulting CTO for Hub Token - Human Trust Protocol and played a crucial role in designing and implementing the Human Trust Protocol (HTP). He has also helped StreetLight Data, Inc. as co-founder and CEO to create a data service provider for the roadway transportation industry.

Miller's specialties include commercial and technical strategy for applications and services relying on distributed computing, ICT infrastructure and middleware, network and data security, telematics and IoT, transformational cloud technology, data governance, and enterprise transition strategy.
