Richard Burke is a seasoned professional with a vast expertise in naval architecture, marine engineering, and industrial engineering.

He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, as well as multiple Master's degrees in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering from the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Throughout his career, Richard has been affiliated with various esteemed organizations such as the Maritime College, State University of New York, and Stony Brook University Department of Mechanical Engineering, where he held prominent academic and research positions.

His roles have included Professor Emeritus, Research Professor, Executive Director, and Chairman in the fields of Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.

Additionally, Richard has also been involved with the Research Foundation of the State University of New York, where he served as a Presidential Fellow and contributed as a Member of the Patents & Inventions Policy Board.

Furthermore, his dedication to education led him to serve as a Professor and Chairman of Engineering at the Maritime College, State University of New York, and as a Program Director and Clinical Professor of Management at Lally School of Management Technology, RPI.
