His leadership was further demonstrated when he took on the role of Operations Lead NYC for World Central Kitchen during the pandemic, where he mobilized resources and strategized operational support to deliver meals to those in need.
Richard’s entrepreneurial journey began with his founding role at Two Goats, where he served as the Creative Innovation Marketing Officer (CIMO). His expertise in brand design and digital marketing is further evidenced by his time as the Executive Vice President of Client Services, Operations, and Growth at Crush Creative. His international experience spans both Brighton, UK, and New York, USA, showcasing his adaptability and understanding of diverse markets.
