Richard Locke

Richard Locke is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse educational background and extensive professional experience.

He holds a Masters degree in Economics, Public Administration, and Business from Harvard Kennedy School, a Finance degree from The Wharton School, and a Bachelors degree in Urban Planning and Energy from the University of Washington.

In his career, Richard has held prominent roles in various organizations. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Dataweb and has previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of Alligator Corporation.

Furthermore, he has worked as an Environmental Technology Manager at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), as Vice-President at GTE Corporation, and as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Locke Systems.
