“Dad, I’m heading off to work!” Those are the words I’ve waited to hear for so long as Yuval's father (A 22-year-old boy with autism). You see, Yuval considers himself a part of a workplace, a part of a circle of belonging. His sense of enablement is viable. Over the course of our journey, I had the opportunity to meet many incredible people. That’s how I had the privilege of meeting Uri Gruenbaum, the founder and CEO of TipRanks, and some of his business partners, namely Gilad Gat & Shani Trabelsi. Uri first signed up to support our cause financially, but that was just the beginning of what has blossomed into what we never could have expected. Uri then invited the winning start-up teams of our hackathon to use his company’s facilities. Uri also considers Yuval an equal amongst equals! Now, what more can Yuval ask for, other than a CEO that actively supports diversity, equality and inclusiveness, co-workers, and an employee badge.
