I am having, what can only be described as a "full-circle moment" while I write this post.

I am honoured to have been selected as a speaker for 2024 DisruptHR. If you don't know what that is, it's a dynamic and innovative world-wide event that seeks to revolutionize the way we think about human resources, sparking thought-provoking conversations and accelerating change in the HR industry.

If you know me, you'll know just what this means to me. This is one of those examples where I would now say, never ever doubt what is possible, while you go through some of the toughest chapters of your work life. We can't always see it, but it's out there...the thing that lights a spark within you. In my case, advocating for safer workplaces, and becoming a full-fledged designated champion of people has become who I am, not just what I do.

Tickets are on sale now. I hope to see you there.

Publishing my very first article to LinkedIn about a topic I feel very passionate about. Something that led me to step into a brand new career, and create myself as an advocate for.

I would love to hear your thoughts. I hope something in this resonates with you. It's written with a lot of heart.
