Rob Glushon is a highly experienced real estate and land use/zoning law attorney with over 40 years of expertise in the City and County of Los Angeles.

He has represented a diverse range of clients including property owners, homeowner groups, architects, and civil engineers in various legal matters such as land use, zoning, environmental issues (CEQA), real property disputes, and real estate transactions.

Rob Glushon has been involved in notable published cases such as Nasha v. City of Los Angeles and Arviv v. South Valley Area Planning Commission, where he represented prevailing parties.

Apart from his legal practice, he also serves as a Judge Pro Tem for Los Angeles County Superior Court, handling civil, small claims, traffic, and civil harassment cases.

He is recognized as an expert witness in land use and zoning cases and actively mediates civil disputes related to real estate, neighbors, business, insurance coverage, and personal injuries.

His educational background includes a JD from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and a B.A. in Political Science (Local Government) from UCLA, among other studies at the University of Southern California and Birmingham HS.

Previously, Rob Glushon held leadership positions at Luna & Glushon and Armbruster, Adler, Briskin & Glushon, and served as a City Councilman's Deputy in the City of Los Angeles.
