Having been inspired by the mission of Yale School of Management to prepare leaders for various institutions, Rob has ventured into numerous start-up ventures throughout his career.

His experience includes founding private sector and government startups, involvement in political campaigns, and establishing not-for-profit organizations, all while showing a passion for leading change and innovation.

Rob Quartel has developed expertise in areas such as homeland security, maritime policy, government policy making, entrepreneurship, finance, and national transportation policy.

He has a strong historical background but is also enthusiastic about embracing the 'new,' particularly in technology and organizational advancements.

Apart from working on NTELX, an award-winning decision support technology company, Rob actively engages with young entrepreneurs from various communities, including Yale, Rice, and the DC-Va region.
