He co-founded Outlearn, which later merged with Qwiklabs and was acquired by Google, showcasing his entrepreneurial success.

At Microsoft, he founded the intrepreneurial team behind the Microsoft Professional Program and spearheaded the development of ALOSILabs, a personalized learning engine in collaboration with Harvard VPAL and RacoonGang.

With a background in internet and cloud infrastructure, Rob led Carbonite to an IPO by expanding the cloud infrastructure to support a large customer base.
