Highlights
A pattern that I have noticed amongst great enterprise sales leaders: the ability to compartmentalize long sales cycles with milestones of progress.
Examples:
- Building new AE ramp to include product certs, pipeline generation, etc.
- Instituting a sales process that includes entry and exit criteria at every step
- Driving a culture of urgency when average cycle times take 9+ months
- Playing the long game with customers while still meeting the number
Another pattern amongst these leaders? They are usually right. They have strong intuition across a range of disciplines, especially people (across hiring, direct reports, partners and customers). When any given opportunity in your pipeline can make up 20%+ of your number, you need to be right most of the time.
With that in mind, AgentSync is opening up a search for a Strategic Sales Manager. Join Ryan Ward and a team of some of the best sales people I have ever worked for on their mission to solve problems for the largest insurance and financial services companies in the world.
Know a truly transformational leader? Reach out, we would love to talk.

In High School I played for a basketball program that was itself as a "system".
- On the freshman team you learned the basic principals of the Princeton offense (four out, one in).
- On the JV team you learned to move without the ball (we celebrated zero-dribble possessions).
- On the Varsity team you experienced the full playbook, playing position-less basketball.
The playbook was complex, and most of us needed the foundational understanding at each level of the system in order to perform.
We think of our sales team here at AgentSync as a system too. Folks like Bri Nielsen (Dorr) joined the team 4 years ago working with our Mid-Market customers, built skills, embraced coaching, and advanced to the next level of the system. Today, Bri is solving important problems for the largest insurance companies in the world.
With that in mind, I'm excited to share that AgentSync is growing our Mid-Market sales team. Join Lindsay McNeese and her growing team.
In-office 3 days/week required (Denver, CO).
