Stream Nashville is pleased to present our office market overview, The Quarter, for Q4 2023. Despite uncertainty in the market, the overall market performed well, experiencing 116,290 square feet of positive absorption in Q4 and 993,285 square feet for the year. Absorption statistics were heavily bifurcated between Class A and Class B assets.
