Head of Research at Ascidian Therapeutics

Robert Bell is the SVP, Head of Research at Ascidian Therapeutics, a position he has held since April 2021.4 He has a PhD in Pathology from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, which he obtained between 2006 and 2010.14

Bell has an extensive background in scientific research and pharmaceutical development. Bell's educational background also includes a BS in Psychology and Biology from St. Bonaventure University (2000-2004) and studies in the History of Natural Sciences at Oxford University in 2002.14

At Ascidian Therapeutics, Bell is part of the leadership team responsible for guiding the company's scientific research and advancing gene therapy solutions to treat challenging diseases.23
