Robert Cotterill has served as the Chief Administrative Officer at multiple cities, including Spruce Grove, Prince Albert, and Port Colborne. He has also worked in roles such as City Manager, General Manager of Economic Development, Tourism & Marketing, and City Engineer.

In addition to his work in municipal management, Robert Cotterill is a published author and has expertise in tourism and special event management.

During his tenure at Port Colborne Economic Development and Tourism Corporation, he played a key role as the General Manager & Director, overseeing various aspects of economic development and marketing.
