Robert Dowling is an engineer, entrepreneur, and student with a diverse background in technology, business, and law.

He is a former co-Founder of rePurpose and Alphagora, and currently, he is completing his studies at the University of Pennsylvania while serving as a Graduate Student Fellow at the Singh Center for Nanotechnology.

Robert has a solid understanding of Bitcoin and has been actively involved in various organizations and educational roles, including being a Teaching Assistant, Informal Lecturer for Penn Blockchain Club, Teaching Fellow, and a Guest Lecturer at prestigious institutions like the Wharton School and National Defense University.

His educational journey includes pursuing a Master of Science in Engineering (MSE), a Master in Law (ML) from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, and earning Bachelor degrees in Science and Engineering, Economics, and a unique dual program in Engineering and Economics from the Jerome Fisher M&T Program.

Robert's professional experience spans across roles such as Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Alphagora, Strategy Director at Luminous Group, LLC, Managing Director at Alluminate, and as an Intern at notable organizations like ConsenSys Enterprise and the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS).
