Words cannot appropriately convey how soulfully appreciative I am for my 27 friends that were so generous for participating in and donating to this amazingly successful Fund Raising Event for Glioblastoma Cancer Research.

As many of you know, my beautiful wife was diagnosed with this terrible Glioblastoma Brain Cancer a little less than two years ago. Thanks to the Good Lord and Dr. Will Curry (who performed the Brain Surgery at MGH) and Dr. Patrick Wen (who has been her Neuro Oncologist at Dana Farber subsequent to the brain surgery), I am obviously thrilled to share with y’all that her MRI Scans every 60 days continue to show that there continues to be no signs of any Glioblastoma in her Brain. The Good Lord works in Powerful Ways!

This attached great article by Carolyn Vallejo and Kathryn Mulligan is quite effective in synthesizing the herculean work that my dear friend Gus Phelps did in pulling together and spearheading this amazing event.

As you can see, this event – which really started out as a few buddy’s getting together to support a good cause at The Country Club in Brookline – ended up raising $177,000 for Glioblastoma Research.

All of the following great friends were the ones that participated and made material donations for this very worthy cause – and I obviously thank them from the bottom of my heart:

David Hellier John Donahue Jim Beakey Charles K Gifford, Jr. JJ Hearty Les Cheek Scott Paton John Emery Gus Phelps Scott Smith Timothy B. Lufkin Jon Lemelman B.T. Remmert Wali Bacdayan Philip Edwards Christian Bullitt Chris Crosby Eric Andreozzi Jason Ficken Phil Colaço Scott Estill Robert Parker Don McDonough Rob Zielinski Brendan VanDeventer Curt Tatham Robert Gefaell Parker Weil

And -as I conveyed above – The Good Lord works in amazingly Powerful Ways – because what has happened with my wife Ginger is nothing short of a Miracle Performed by God!

Although I posted our (BH) press release yesterday, its not every day that Bunker Hill is featured in the Wall Street Journal - hence the "need" to share this one too! ;-)
