My 3rd Forbes article is live – More Than Just GenAI: How Harnessing The Full Spectrum Of AI Can Revolutionize Customer Experiences

The article is inspired by the recent work we have been doing at MCE Systems to elevate our device lifecycle management use cases with Artificial Intelligence, and our desire to share our insights that we have gathered thus far.

The core of our insights lies in our framework of three “types” of AI:

  1. Perceptive AI,
  2. Analytical AI,
  3. Generative AI.

In the article, I dive into concrete examples from MCE’s implementations of how combining each type of AI in a targeted way can have huge impact for customer experiences.

For one example, we look at how combining Perceptive AI and Analytical AI can ‘transfer’ intelligence from the warehouse to the customers fingertips creating a better trade-in experience. Perceptive AI can capture a device’s cosmetic condition (i.e., screen chips, cracks, or scratches) enabling analytical AI to produce an incredibly accurate valuation of the device combining both the cosmetic assessment and automated diagnostic results. This allows Operators to give customers a price guarantee on their trade-in value – which we know boosts NPS by 33 points!

I would love to hear how the different types of AI have been implemented in your business practices. Share your experience and successes!
