Robert Jones is a highly educated professional with a strong background in Marine Affairs and Policy, International Relations, and Environmental Studies.

He holds a Master's degree in Marine Affairs and Policy from the University of Miami, a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Environmental Studies from Boston College, and a prestigious Robert B.
