Talent Acquisition Expert and Hiring Specialist
A driven talent futurist and thought leader, I help companies see the future with data & intelligent analysis, but make sense of it through actionable, repeatable & scalable talent playbooks.
I build operations & systems that "disappear" because they work smoothly & effortlessly, enabling companies to hire faster, retain longer & attract more diverse, inclusive talent to support their unique talent mission.
I have succeeded in Fortune 100 to seed-round companies and have been especially successful in any company experiencing hyper-scale growth (or suffering from lack of leadership during growth). I am a talent acquisition & recruiting expert with global experience in talent attraction, candidate marketing, black-belt programatic technical sourcing, and full-cycle talent management. I co-founded a fractional-recruiting company before it was cool, and my dad-joke game "slaps". High-touch, collaborative, data-enabled talent acquisition leader with global experience across 15 countries. Operational & technical focus. Natural teacher and mentor. Biased toward action; driven by data. Advocate for equality, inclusion & belonging in all my work. Relevant Skills: Experienced global talent acquisition leader skilled in innovating and streamlining recruiting operations at scale. Excels at managing teams, negotiating complex deals, and effective communication. Thrives in results-oriented environments and has expertise in hiring, staff leadership, business development, sales, marketing, project management, and P&L/budget management. Technical Skills: Technical expert (APIs, Integrations, Automations, ATS, CRM, SQL, Boolean/complex search, advanced systems engineering & product development). ATS expertise includes: Greenhouse, Lever, SmartRecruiters, JobVite, Workday ATS, Cornerstone OnDemand, Breezy, JazzHR, BambooHR, Taleo Geographic Experience: Hired or managed teams in Canada, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Ireland, UK, France, India, Israel, Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Philippines, Australia and New Zealand and all major talent hubs across the United States

💡 Free AI Tool to Help Summarize Meeting Notes and To-Do's!
~ Do you wish you could recall or summarize the next-steps from a meeting after you've completed it so people don't forget what was decided or agreed to?
~ I created an OpenAI Custom GPT that helps you summarize and work through meeting notes either that are audio recordings, transcripts, or even miscellaneous typed/written notes! Just upload all the notes you or anyone else has from your meeting, and the GPT will help you create a summary of the meeting.
~ This will work for project meetings, candidate interviews, staff meetings, updates or about anything else. It might help the GPT to know what you're looking for in the results. Remember, once you've started a sesson, it will remember the notes you've given it for that session.
~ If you want to give it notes from prior meetings of the same series of meetings, it can update you/your team on progress of tasks and how things are going.

👉 I am trying to create or feature a custom GPT every week to help people get work done faster! What should I build next? 👉 I post these here on linkedin each Friday morning at 10am eastern US time. Follow me or the hashtag hashtag #gptaweek to see my or others' progress!
💡 Free AI Tool to Help Write Your Company/Team/Community/Church or Organization Newsletter ~
~ Do you write or edit articles for a company or community/school or organizational newsletter? Since you probably have other work besides "editor in chief" in your day job, here's a handy copilot you can use to help!
~ I created an OpenAI Custom GPT that helps you summarize and work through article submissions without skipping a beat. Submit articles or upload a transcript (text at least, although audio might work ¯_(ツ)_/¯ ) and it can summarize an interview into a newsletter-worthy article.
The REAL dilemma though? Which of the following images do you like better to use as a "logo" for this GPT? Comment to let me know by saying 'left' or 'right' or 'man' or 'woman' to vote. Bonus points for why you like the one you pick.
