It is a privilege to bring the capabilities of Children's Mercy Kansas City, Missouri’s Top Children’s Hospital, to Southwest Missouri. More than 1/3 of kids in Southwest Missouri have to leave the area for hospital care. Keeping kids close to home in partnership with the Springfield community is both exciting and rewarding for me personally since it’s where I began my pediatric practice right out of residency. Thank you, Mercy, Marie Moore, John Myers, and team for your partnership in helping make this dream a reality.
