Robert Tung is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in corporate strategy, investment banking, and equity research & marketing in investment and advisory roles.

He has a proven track record of successfully executing strategies and assisting investors in assessing risk/reward profiles of public and private assets to generate positive returns and alpha.

With a deep industry and broad functional expertise, Robert has led or played key roles in numerous M&A and financing projects, totaling $40 billion in deal value, and spearheaded investment research due diligence for seven IPOs totaling $17 billion.

His skills include business strategy development, opportunity evaluation, strategic negotiation, relationship management, lead generation, and a wide network of TMT relationships and financing/securities contacts.

Specializing in corporate strategy, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, investment research, project management, and more, Robert also has industry expertise in financial services/technology, credit ratings, ESG, enterprise risk, investment banking, business process outsourcing, IT services, and telecommunications services/infrastructure.

Robert Tung holds an MBA in Finance and MIS from Rutgers University - Newark and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Columbia Engineering.

He has held various key roles such as Global Head of Strategy & Corporate Development at S&P Global Ratings, Corporate Development & Strategy at Bloomberg LP, Vice President positions at Credit Suisse, roles in Equity Research and Business Planning at Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, and Bear Stearns, as well as a Business Planning Manager/Internal Consultant position at AT&T.
