Robert Y. Chen, also known as Bobby, is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in law, economics, politics, and consulting. He holds a J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, as well as a B.A./B.S. degree, magna cum laude, in International Politics and Economics from Penn State University, where he was also a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Throughout his career, Robert has gained valuable experience in various prestigious organizations. He has worked as a Law Clerk at the U.S. Courts of Appeals and served as an Associate at Covington & Burling LLP. Additionally, he has held roles as a Legal Extern at the Federal Communications Commission, a Judicial Intern at the Delaware Supreme Court, and as a Consultant at Bates White Economic Consulting. He has also worked as a Consultant II, a Summer Associate, and a Summer Consultant during his time at Bates White Economic Consulting.

Robert's professional journey includes a diverse range of roles that showcase his versatility and expertise. He has also contributed to the field of economics as a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Economics at Penn State University.
