Robin Smalley is a seasoned professional with 23 years of experience in non-profit management, specializing in growing small grassroots initiatives into large multinational NGOs. As a prominent figure in the field, she has an exceptional track record in expanding programs internationally and establishing strategic partnerships to reach over 11 million women and children in nine countries. Robin has successfully managed to employ more than 10,000 HIV+ mothers, contributing to the elimination of pediatric AIDS among clients for consecutive years.

Throughout her career, Robin Smalley has been honored and recognized for her outstanding contributions. She was honored at the White House in April 2006, moderated Senate briefings in June 2008 and October 2011, and moderated a House briefing in October 2011. Her impactful work has been acknowledged by notable figures such as Kenneth Cole and Laura Bush, as well as publications like Elle Magazine.

With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Psychology from Tufts University, Robin Smalley possesses a broad spectrum of skills, including public speaking, persuasive interpersonal communication, strategic planning, fundraising, board development, and program advancement. Her expertise extends across various areas, making her a well-rounded professional in the non-profit sector.

Currently, Robin holds the positions of Co-founder and Board Director at mothers2mothers, where she previously served as the Co-founder and Chief Connector. Her previous roles include Director at The Media Project and Producer/Director/Writer at Television.
