Robyn Rock is a seasoned Senior Capture and Proposal Manager adept at spearheading and overseeing competitive bids for various entities in sectors like Private Industry, Non-for-Profits, National Labs, and small businesses spanning diverse scientific fields.

With a rich background, Robyn has served as the Capture and Proposal Manager for prestigious projects like the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR) Competition for the Management and Operation of the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) and set up a Proposal Center at Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) focused on aligning grant opportunities with the Lab's strategic goals in science and technology.

Throughout her career, Robyn has been instrumental in securing significant projects totaling $1.7B in competitive bids and $40B in Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) efforts, showcasing her prowess in business acquisition processes, proposal writing, and grants development.

Robyn Rock holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Intercultural Communication, a Master of Science Degree in Psychology, and is a Project Management Professional Certification holder from the Project Management Institute, in addition to her community involvement as the head coach for the Special Olympics Ice Skating Program in Northern Virginia for six years.
