Rochelle Kopp is the founder and Managing Principal of Japan Intercultural Consulting, an international firm specializing in Japanese business practices and culture.

With extensive experience in Japanese corporate culture, gained while working at a major financial institution in Tokyo, Rochelle has worked with numerous Japanese companies of varying sizes and industries, including serving as an independent director at two Japanese publicly listed firms.

Her expertise lies in Japanese communication style, organizational behavior, decision-making, and facilitating cross-cultural teambuildings and programs for executives, focusing on helping clients improve profitability and employee engagement through enhanced communication in multicultural settings.

Rochelle is dedicated to assisting Japanese companies in succeeding globally, supporting human resource management, organization development, post-merger integration, and cross-cultural training. She also collaborates with global firms with Japanese affiliations.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Rochelle is actively engaged in advocating for the protection of Jingu Gaien, a green space in Tokyo, and has received recognition for her efforts.

She holds an MBA in Finance and Business Policy from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. in History (E. Asian Studies) from Yale University.
