Rochelle Weitzner is a veteran in the beauty industry with a rich history of driving financial success and operational efficiency in various executive roles.

She is notably known for her tenure as CEO at Erno Laszlo, where she revitalized the brand and paved the way for a successful sale to private equity in 2016. Prior to this, she made significant contributions at Laura Mercier Cosmetics and Revive Skincare, quadrupling revenues and boosting free cash flow by $11.5M over a 2-year period.

Rochelle's financial acumen extends beyond the beauty sector, having previously spearheaded financial strategies for several subsidiaries of The International Paper Company.

Her educational background includes executive education in Mergers & Acquisitions from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from Vanderbilt University, and a BSM in Accounting & Finance from Tulane University.

She currently serves as the CEO and Founder of Pause Well-Aging, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and industry expertise. Rochelle has also operated as an Independent Consultant at RW Consulting and held key positions at various organizations, including ERNO LASZLO, Gurwitch Products LLC, and International Paper.
