Rodin Hai-Jew
Rodin M. Hai-Jew is a partner in the Corporate Transactional Group at Kirkland & Ellis LLP.1 He specializes in complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and private equity investments.1 Hai-Jew has represented both public and private companies, as well as private equity and venture capital funds, in transactions ranging from millions to billions of dollars.1
