Rodrigo Cardozo, born in Montevideo, Uruguay in 1985, discovered his passion for programming at the age of 14 when he stumbled upon HTML and Javascript while exploring a family computer.
He pursued his interest in technology by learning C++ at a local tech school and later graduated as a Technological Bachelor in Computer Processing and Maintenance.
Continuing his education, Rodrigo embarked on a Computer Engineering career at Universidad de la República.
His professional journey led him to work at esteemed companies like Crea/SX Networks and The Electric Factory, where he honed his skills in software development and embraced good practices.
In 2010, Rodrigo co-founded Tensai, a software development company specializing in advergaming and mobile apps for the advertising industry, assuming the role of CTO.
As the CTO of Tensai for more than a decade, Rodrigo undertook various projects, learned diverse technologies, and collaborated with talented individuals.
