Today’s spotlight🪄: Job and company verifications
Problem 🔍: You’ve found a job or company you’re excited about. As you explore the opportunity further, you want to have confidence that you can move forward in the process safely and securely.
What we’ve done/shipped 🚢: Our Jobs Trust team - whose sole focus is on creating a safe experience for all jobseekers on LinkedIn - has been on a tear lately and I love this latest feature we’ve rolled out on our job details pages -> Verifications. We now display ALL relevant verifications for a job (see screenshot) - this could be verifying that the company is real or that the job poster has a verified government ID or company email address.
This is now rolled out globally and early signals show that over 30% of jobs viewed are jobs with verifications. We’re excited to accelerate this by increasing access to verifications significantly so more jobs and companies can verify… and give you all the tools to avoid any negative experiences in your job search at your fingertips.
Your feedback👎🏽👍🏽: The goal of this series is to share what we’re working on to improve your job search experience on LinkedIn. I'd love to hear your feedback about this feature or anything else in your job search experience that is not working/working well. Please either leave comments or send me feedback via email on [email protected]. Thanks in advance 🙏!

Very excited to introduce Skills Match - and excited about everything about this first step to unlock skills-first hiring by helping members understand what skills matter + enabling them to share the context behind their skills to hirers.
Lots of work to do as we iterate of course. Looking forward to your feedback!
