Dr. Ronjon Nag is a distinguished inventor, entrepreneur, and academic professional. He currently holds the position of Adjunct Professor in Genetics at Stanford School of Medicine and serves as a Visiting Fellow at the Stanford Center for Language and Information (CSLI). As the founder of the R42 Institute, he focuses on innovation, education, and investment in cutting-edge technologies.

Dr. Nag has been the recipient of prestigious awards such as the 2021 IEEE-SCV Outstanding Engineer award, the IET Mountbatten Medal, and the $1m Verizon Powerful Answers Award for his outstanding contributions to the field. He also chairs Bounce Imaging, a company that received the Verizon Powerful Answers Award.

Throughout his career, Dr. Nag has achieved numerous firsts in the tech world, including the first laptop with built-in speech recognition, the first selling cursive handwriting recognition system, the first speech recognition phones, and many more groundbreaking innovations.

Dr. Nag's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the University of Cambridge, a Master's degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) with first-class honors from the University of Birmingham.

In addition to his academic and entrepreneurial pursuits, Dr. Nag has held various key roles in organizations such as Co-Founder at Superbio.ai, Chairman of the Board at Ecrio, Executive Director at GTCardio, and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Bounce Imaging.
