Highlights
Great night on Monday with some of my Classic Drinks colleagues at the Clayton Burlington in Dublin at the National Bar Awards. Some great winners including some of my fabulous and hard working customers: NV, Costigans, Mutton Lane and Crane Lane representing the greatness in Cork. Palador; Bridge Street also wiped the floor with several awards including the grand prize of Bar of the Year- well done all🥳
Recently I travelled to Bordeaux with friends and visited #Chateaudauphine in Fronsac! Lisa was the perfect tour guide and Tunde THOMPSON looked after us very well! We tried 3 vintages and ate a beautiful lunch in the wonderful town of St.Emillion. It's great to see how and where the wine we sell is made. I learned a lot about Organic wine making and Biodynamic farming which is very important today! #classicdrinks
