Still buzzing from the ECIS & NEASC #Leadership2024 Conference last week in Windsor, England, where I presented on Purpose Learning. The three-day conversation confirmed in my mind the basic frameworks and ideas used by schools worldwide to shift to a K12 model based on human development. So many meaningful conversations, ideas, and relationships. On the way out of town, I also met Daniel Emmerson, now leading a K12 non-profit called Good Future Foundation.

Thank you, ECIS, the Educational Collaborative for International Schools, and particularly Sarah Kupke. MaryLyn Campbell Latifa Hassanali Karin Holley Madeleine Maceda Heide World Leadership School Jessica Catoggio Erin Hawk Jeff Bradley Cameron Staples Alba Brandt Stacy Stephens

A spot just opened up on our 3rd annual Salmon River Program for School Heads, a yearlong leadership program that begins with a rafting adventure from July 13-18 on Idaho's Salmon River. If you are a rising or current head of school, please let me know if you are interested. We build community on the river and then continue during the 2024-25 school year with a series of peer coaching sessions.

"This experience was life/career-changing," said one head of last year's program, which just ended last week. "I arrived feeling disconnected and alone in my position and left with 23 wonderfully diverse colleagues who I feel deeply connected to."

Another said: "Profound. Unplugged. Joyful. Transformational." Join us!
