The layout of Mason Stevens' office on Level 19, 420 George Street, was no longer meeting their needs and with approximately 18 months left to run on their lease, it seemed the only scenarios were to wait until the lease expired and relocate or live through very disruptive renovations. Colliers Tenant Advisors, Rowan Humphreys and Robin Brinkman, came up with the idea of approaching Mason Steven’s landlord, Investa, to propose an early surrender of level 19 in return for taking a new lease over level 26 with additional lease term. After several rounds of negotiations a competitive deal was secured, providing Mason Stevens with a cost-effective solution to relocate in the same building and create the new workplace they desired, with minimal cash flow impact.

JUST SECURED Logicalis’ office in the Chippendale/ Surry Hills market (City Fringe) was no longer meeting their needs from a layout and location perspective.
Colliers Tenant Advisors, Rowan Humphreys and Riley Jacka, were retained to assist with disposal/early surrender negotiations and to source a new office in Sydney's Central Business District (CBD) that better suited their needs.
Following a thorough market search, Investa’s revamp of 347 Kent Street into King & Kent was selected by Logicalis as the ideal building, featuring a modern creative vibe in both the common areas and office spaces, reminiscent of Surry Hills' style.
Working with Investa’s delivery team (Allan Marshall, Girvan Group & TSA Management) a new office fitout was designed and delivered on a tight time frame achieving a fantastic result!
