Open Request I am building a portfolio of short negotiations that I can present to my sourcing class at Northeastern. If anyone in my Linkedin connections has some interesting negotiations (even boring, strange, whatever) where you can provide:

  1. buyer side facts, target end state,
  2. supplier side facts, target end state
  3. 3rd party input (engineering, audit, finance, sales, production, marketing) that adds a new twist to the negotiation
  4. What helped to close the deal (timing, CEO input, win-win mindset)

This is the first time I have reached out to the Linkedin community, I welcome your input. Put it on linked in or send me a note at [email protected].

Thank you for your help Roy Anderson
