Unbox PAIO: Paise se Dhanda Nehi Banta, Dhanda Paisa Banata hai, Dimag se Dhanda Khara Nehi Hota, Jaroorat Dhanda Khara Karti hai

(A business can never be created by money; businesses create money; brain doesn't build a business; businesses are built by Necessity)

A. The Startup Game:

Going deep into the so-called startup ecosystem, and meeting, "networking", and listening to its self-proclaimed stalwarts the advisors, the mentors, the cofounders, the so-called team(servants elevated as masters), the market(another name for desert Sahara where only snakes roam), Self-proclaimed capitalists(the scavenging gamblers who snatches pension money to gamble on unicorn fantasy), the technologies(GitHub rippers) startups indeed has done a lot of good.

The startup game has enabled all the losers to come to a single place, play Ludo with each other, feel important, dream big, remaining busy, so that the economy is spared from the inefficient, unproductive infants.

B. "Dhanda"

If I put ₹100 into the market, then how and when will each ₹100 is going to be ₹110?

It doesn't need any rocket science. It doesn't need a PPT. It doesn't need $100M. It just takes one to go to any market and stand there. Then find out those who need something and those who can provide those needs. Become a supplier and make money.

So for instance a cloth shop sells towels but the towel supply is abrupt. Find out all towel manufacturers and distributors, collect towels, and supply it to the shop. In that way, you remove the worry of the shop owner about the supply, and towel distributors about sales. You are their nextdom, the migraine medicine. So you make money.

C. Make

Once you make enough money, with the money make what you have been taking from the distributors or factory and make it yourself. With your supply and distribution already strong, you increase the profit.

D. Expand

Once you make, and supply and make profit, make more, supply more, and make more profit. When there are more things, you need to connect them through systems and processes.

E. Build Technology

When all the processes and systems are set, you need to improve and optimize them to increase the profit. It needs data and insight. Thus build and deploy technology.

F. Sell Technology

Once you have successfully increased your own profit, ease processes, and operations in your business with technology, let others run the operations and make the technology better. Then go to everyone in your market who is making, selling, supplying the goods you are dealing with and sell them your technology.

G. Do Science

Now you have enough supply of money, experience, operational understanding, market access, and selling channels. Do R&D for new materials, new methods, new making processes, new processing.

"Strong" is a Virtue, not Feeling

A. What is a Virtue?

Virtue=Wisdom+Power

Wisdom=Real life knowledge acquired through experiences of life, and by navigating through the challenges of life.

Power=Reserved energy of one to solve real-life problems, without relying on anyone else.

B. Reserved Energy or Power

i) Knowledge ii) Skills iii) Theoretical Understanding of the world iv) Capital v) Assets vi) Available(or Created) Tools to solve problems. vii) Stories of life to learn from viii) Mathematical Modelling of the world. ix) Scientific Accumen x) Literary Acumen to understand, comprehend, and present ideas. xi) Physical strength. xii) Competence xiii) Confidence xiv) Social trust and Social reliability. xv) Genes xvi) Emotional coherence. xvii) Coherence

and so on.

So, power is a practical set of qualities, or objects that one has which enables one to solve the problems without depending upon the existing system.

The more a powerful person enables others to solve their problems, the more social reliability and importance increase.

For example:

i) For solving the Covid problem, I did not have to rely on the government, jabs, CDC, WHO, or ICMR. 1493 people also did not have to rely on these organizations, and they were empowered by us.

ii) For education, healthcare, capital, technology, emotion, self-actualization, and science we don't rely on any other entities, and we have processes, assets, and tools built to solve the problem in these domains and several others are utilizing our systems to solve their problems on these.

C. Law of Authority: Power is not control

The more power you have the less control you have to exert. Control is forced dominance and forced authority on individuals, or groups.

The more power one acquires, people transfer the authority to the powerful entity, without being forced to or manipulated to do so.

An authority is an unchallenged entity for making decisions to solve problems of life and to judge a situation.

D. Values

Values are a constitution created in the brain to guide one's thoughts, behaviors, actions, and pursuit of life.

i) Honesty ii) Integrity iii) Truth iv) Rationality v) Empathy vi) Accountability vii) Patience viii) Persistance ix) Discipline x) Ethics xi) Morality xii) Spirituality xiii) Freedom

Values create the foundation and premise for understanding, assessing, and judging a life situation, and then taking actions in accordance.

E. Strength of Character

The strength of character is the predictability of one's actions irrespective of the situations of life.

Acting in a predictable way depends upon values, and values depend upon power.

It is the responsibility of dependent people that make one's character strong.

F. Conclusion

Invest 2-3 decades of your life to acquire wisdom and power. You don't have to proclaim to be strong. Those who claim to be strong have the weakest characters, where actions are always governed by silly pity feelings. "Strong" is a child cry.
