Russell Greenspan is a seasoned technology leader and software architect with over 20 years of experience in designing scalable systems and leading high-performing product and engineering teams. He currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at headversity, a platform focused on workplace mental health and resilience, where he has been since June 2022. In this role, Greenspan oversees the development of technology aimed at helping organizations build resilient and inclusive workforces.12

Before joining headversity, Greenspan held CTO roles at PresenceLearning (2019–2022), where he led significant growth and funding efforts, and at The Princeton Review (2014–2019), where he spearheaded a multiyear technology rebuild. Earlier in his career, he was VP of Engineering and Technology at Tutor.com (2005–2014), where he developed the infrastructure for millions of live tutoring sessions.1

Greenspan holds a BA in Music and History from Duke University and a Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, with research in areas like genetic algorithms and XML query processing. His expertise spans EdTech, SaaS platforms, and resilience-focused technologies.1
