Russell Hales is a distinguished architect with a strong educational background in Architecture from De Montfort University Leicester, where he graduated with Distinction in both the Diploma of Architecture and the PostGraduate Diploma in Architectural Practice.

Being a qualified architect and an esteemed member of the RIBA, Russell embarked on his professional journey by joining Foster + Partners in 1996.

During his tenure, he contributed significantly to various notable projects, including the North Greenwich Transport Interchange and the TAG McLaren headquarters in Woking.

Over the years, Russell excelled in his roles, being promoted to Associate in 2002 and later to Associate Partner in 2004, showcasing his exceptional skills and dedication to the field.

His portfolio encompasses a wide range of projects, from intricate light fittings to expansive masterplans for cities like Monaco and Gibraltar.

Russell's architectural prowess extends globally, having led and won design competitions worldwide, such as creating luxury residential spaces in Monaco and Istanbul, and landmark structures like the Bodrum Sustainable Resort and Comcast Technology and Innovation Centre in Philadelphia, a remarkable 1,000 feet high mixed-use tower currently in progress.

His recent accomplishments include the design and development of the Palace of Peace Conference Centre in Kazakhstan and the School of Management at Yale University, solidifying his reputation as a visionary architect with a diverse skill set.
