Ruth Crick

Enabling Purposeful Change

Professor Ruth Crick is the Founder of WILD Ltd and WILD Learning Sciences CIC, and a Visiting Professor of Learning Analytics at the Connected Intelligence Centre at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS).1 She is also a faculty member of the RSA's Capabilities for Life Framework, which aims to nurture life-centric capabilities.1 Additionally, Professor Crick serves as the UKCRIC Learning Theme Co-Lead.2

Ruth Crick's work focuses on learning analytics and educational leadership. As part of the RSA's Capabilities for Life faculty group, she collaborates with other learning facilitators and visionaries to transform the way capabilities (skills, behaviors, mindsets, and values) are nurtured. Their goal is to connect people's needs with those of the planet.1

In the summer of 2024, Professor Crick and her colleagues will be working with the RSA's Design and Innovation team to co-produce engaging and inclusive learning experiences. These experiences will support learners of all ages in developing the capabilities, capacity, and collaborations needed to effect deep and impactful change for people, place, and planet.1
