Ruthie Schwab

Ruthie Schwab is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in program management, food merchandising, finance, sustainability, and entrepreneurship.

Ruthie holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Master of Science (MSc) from Stanford University. She also completed her AB degree at Princeton University and studied at The Mountain School.

Throughout her career, Ruthie has held various key roles in renowned organizations. She served as a Senior Program Manager for Whole Foods & Ultra Fast Fresh at Amazon, Global Food Program Manager at Google, and Senior Manager for Food Merchandise Finance & Strategy at Walmart.

Prior to these roles, Ruthie gained experience in produce merchandising at Sam's Club, worked in sustainability at Walmart, and served as a High Meadows Fellow at the High Meadows Fund within the Vermont Community Foundation.

Ruthie is also known for her entrepreneurial endeavors, having co-founded and directed the Princeton Farmers' Market and founded and directed the Princeton Garden. Her commitment to sustainable practices and innovative approaches in the food industry is evident in her work.
