I'm excited to announce that I will be transitioning from my current role as Sr. Director, Early Career Talent to the position of Sr. Director, People Business Partner Lead here at Roblox. This change marks an exciting new chapter in my career and I am eager to take on the challenges and opportunities that come when collaborating with a group of senior leaders on their people and business strategies.
Over the past two years, I have had the privilege of leading the Early Career team, working alongside an incredible group of individuals to redesign and elevate our program. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Noopur Chhabra, Indira P., Kel Lau, Julie Jung, Chris Egbunine, Logan Lacy, David In, Emma Tran, Alyzeh Hussain, Alberto Puente, and Alyssa Ferguson. Roblox alumni like Jeanie Arciaga as well! Thank you all for your thought partnership, creativity, passion, hard work, and unwavering support. It has been an absolute pleasure collaborating with each and every one of you and I am proud of the accomplishments we have achieved together. We are well on our way to establishing Roblox as a the most innovative, dynamic, and world-class early careers program on the market!
As I step into my new role, I am energized by the vision and potential for what our strategic People team can provide Roblox. We'll deliver strategic guidance on a wide range of people-related topics and initiatives that aim to strengthen and support our high-performance people-first culture. I'm excited about the challenges, obstacles, and areas of opportunity for both myself and our team to solve. I hope that the potential impact will be just as large as what the Early Career team and I provided over the last two years.
Finally, my family and I will be relocating up to the Bay Area this summer and I look forward to grabbing coffee, lunch, or catching up with many of you in person soon!
Cheers, Ryan
