Day 3 of 30 - Dawn Leadership Challenge

The less you worry about what others think, the more peace and freedom you’ll find in your life.

Im finding peace in the solitude of dawn... thought i would share a few thoughts with you all..

For the next 30 days.. I challenge you to rise at 5:30 AM. Not quite the 5 AM club, but close.. sorry Robin Sharma. This isn't about discipline for its own sake.. it's about finding peace and clarity in the solitude of the dawn.

In the last five months.. I've experienced tremendous loss in different ways... my father, 3 close friends and some long-time workmates. It's been deeply troubling, but I've found solace in my faith and the quiet moments before the world awakens. There's no silver bullet in life, no magic cure for pain. But carving out this quiet time in the morning can make all the difference.

In the stillness of the early morning, before the day's noise begins, there's a chance to reflect, to breathe, to simply be. It's a time to clear your mind, to find perspective, to reconnect with yourself and your beliefs. This practice won't solve all your problems, but it can help you face them with a clearer mind and a calmer heart.

Try it for 30 days with me... Embrace the solitude. Find your peace. And see how this simple change can transform your days.. For me i needed help. You might not.. most don't but some do. There is no shame in needing that help.. I found that help in a morning coach ( yes there is a coach for that ) .. his name is Matt Gagnon and his Atomic Mornings program. DM him.. he would be happy to chat with you to see if its a fit.
