Good luck to all my friends at Speedway Motorsports! They have a pretty crazy 2 weeks with the All Star Race at historic North Wilkesboro Speedway and then turn around for one of the biggest races of the year at the home for racing - Charlotte Motor Speedway. This is a bit of a delayed post! At the start of December, I began a new career journey with Petrone Risk. I am very excited about this new role and want to thank John Petrone II, Nicole Petrone, Kathleen Lupia, and John Doscas for providing me this new opportunity. I'm excited to learn and grow with this team of people!
Obviously with any new door opening, the other must close. I absolutely loved my time at Charlotte Motor Speedway and Speedway Motorsports. I was blessed to work with some very talented people there and I learned so much. As with most of my moves, the hardest part was leaving the people. I want to thank Doug Cremer, Thomas Vesey, Greg Walter, Jessica Fickenscher, my dedicated event staff and SO MANY others for embracing me and entrusting me to help Charlotte and all the other tracks. I will cherish many fond memories - including a career highlight of opening the gates to the historic North Wilkesboro Speedway for the 2023 All Star Race! The team there has built such a great culture and I will miss everyone dearly.
