How do we help 10 million Indian families live healthier and worry less?

We started on this mission by building high-quality primary care services that serve the broad base of Loop Members.

In recent years, we've started building disease-specific care journeys to help our members with their more specific healthcare needs. Our first disease management program was a long-term diabetes care initiative, which supports members with proactive reminders and lifestyle adjustments over a 12-week period – with promising results.

Now, we're taking another significant step. We’re piloting a second-opinion service for cancer with a few of our major enterprise clients.

Any of their teammates can request their HRs for a second opinion from the country’s top oncologists. These experts provide unbiased, up-to-date insights and treatment plans that are tailored to the member's specific type and stage of cancer. Our Loop Family Physicians help guide the patient and their family on next steps.

The early results from our pilot customers have shown savings of around ₹1.3 lakhs per member. We're excited to expand this program and keep serving the cancer care needs of Loop members.

We recorded two new episodes of our Close the Loop podcast (CTL) last week!

The first was with Prakashan Manikoth, CFO of LeadSquared, about creating a compensation strategy that works well for both employers and employees.

The second was with Vikas Maheshwary, Head HR Transformation of Biocon Biologics, about how to manage new people tech implementations and transition from competency-based to skills-based organisations.

Both episodes will be out later this month, and I’m excited to see your response to them.

Once again, a huge thanks to Vikas and Prakashan for joining us on our show. And Aditya Pran C. and Ishmeet Singh Batra, the brains behind CTL at Loop!
