Ryan Williams is the co-founder and president of Jopwell, a platform focused on diversity in the workplace and career advancement for underrepresented groups.

Before starting Jopwell, Ryan worked as an analyst in foreign exchange sales at Goldman Sachs, where he developed a passion for diversity and equal opportunities.

Together with co-founder Porter Braswell, Ryan expanded Jopwell into a vital resource connecting Black, Latino/Hispanic and Native American talent with partner employers in various industries.

Jopwell has partnered with leading companies like Airbnb, BlackRock, and Pinterest, and received investments from Magic Johnson Enterprises, Andreessen Horowitz, and others.

Recognized for his achievements, Ryan Williams was named to Forbes' '30 Under 30', Fast Company's '100 Most Creative People in Business', and Inc. Magazine's '30 Under 30' lists.

He has shared his insights at prestigious events like the Fast Company Innovation Festival and the DISC Sports Diversity & Inclusion Symposium.

Ryan holds a finance degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and has studied J.D. at Cornell Law School and B.S. Economics at Duke University.

Previously, Ryan has held positions at law firms such as Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, Fried Frank, and Andrews Kurth.
