Product Manager | AI systems, customer signal, and trust in production
Dublin, Ireland

Summary

I’m a Product Manager based in Dublin, focused on building AI-enabled and customer-facing systems that work in production.

I turn customer conversations, incidents, and operational data into clear product decisions and shipped systems. Most of my work sits at the intersection of trust, customer experience, and internal platforms.

I’ve spent over a decade in SaaS, most recently at Zendesk, where I worked on systems that operate under real customer, regulatory, and operational constraints.

How I work

I operate on a few simple principles.

Everything is a signal. Customer conversations, edge cases, incidents, and documentation gaps are inputs into product decisions, not noise.

Knowledge is part of the product surface (KCS mindset). Documentation, runbooks, and internal knowledge are maintained as part of the product itself. Gaps in knowledge are treated as product defects, not support problems.

Domain-driven thinking. I shape ownership boundaries, language, and workflows so systems reflect how products actually behave in production, not how they look in diagrams.

Recent experience

Zendesk — Product Manager

Worked on trust, transparency, and internal platforms, including tooling around access, auditability, and customer-facing surfaces. Focused on aligning security, product, and engineering constraints while keeping decision-making clear and execution practical.

Best fit

I’m most effective in teams building AI-enabled, trust-sensitive, or customer-experience-focused products.
