Founding Hello World

Vision and Impact

Sabina's goal is for Hello World to represent 20-30% of the market for online K-12 computer science education within the next decade, with a focus on low-income schools.1 She hopes to see more Black, Latinx, and female students from underrepresented backgrounds pursuing influential careers in tech as a result of Hello World's programs.1

In 2021, Sabina was named a Cartier Women's Initiative Fellow for North America in recognition of Hello World's innovative approach to expanding access to computer science education.14

We’re living in an incredibly exciting era for K-12 education, as the promise of generative AI has the power to revolutionize the way we teach and learn. With its ability to generate diverse and imaginative content, personalize learning experiences, provide real-time feedback, and guide targeted intervention, there's a profound opportunity here to address equity and access in education.

Incredibly grateful to be a part of this conversation "Generative AI in Education" organized by Blue Ridge Labs @ Robin Hood. NYC educators - hope to see you there!!
