Sadaharu Saiki is a highly educated professional with a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Human Studies from Kyoto University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Distinction from Harvard Business School, and experience as an Exchange Student at Bishop's University.

It was indeed an honor to be part, as one of the mentors, of the Arab Youth Hackathon in Cairo, the first of five hackathons covering Egypt, the UAE, Jordan, Lebanon and KSA.
The theme was Climate and Sustainability and I was super impressed by the attending youth in Egypt, especially how big their ambitions are to make a difference in the world and do high additionality works for the world coming out of Egypt. The collaboration is always the key to the changes and I really felt this is a great initiative by PepsiCo, PepsiCo Foundation, and Arab Youth Center to connect and empower the youth in the Arab regions for overcoming the world's challenges we are all facing.
