The world that I was born in was not a fair place. Growing in a refugee family, things seemed hard. It seemed unequal. We had to fight for everything. Fighting hard to be able to speak English which was necessary to be accepted in the society. Fighting hard to get accepted in school even though you couldn’t pay for it. Fighting hard just to be treated as humans. Everything seemed out of reach as if there are limits, man-made limits, limits that will stop you from realising your potential.
This is the story of countless number of folks across the globe who are deeply talented and capable but are bound by the same limits. This is the story of unrealised talent, unrealised potential which is a true loss to the world. Its can’t be measured but its the biggest loss, much bigger than anything we have ever heard of. Perhaps running into trillions of dollars. Big enough that putting a number on it almost feels offensive, feels wrong, feels inadequate.
Something needed to change, something had to give way. Old traditions overstayed their welcome. New ideas were required. Ideas which had deep impact on these humans who needed to be treated right. World needed to open up for them. Break its limits. It needed to be borderless. It needed to be what it is supposed to be.
Multiplier came out as a product of that deep rooted sense to do right by the people. When we started Multiplier, we only had 1 dream. Make the world borderless. But as anything in life, we needed to express that better. We needed to be more relatable, more expressive, more confident. We needed to dream big. We needed to be more human.
It gives me immense pleasure, along with 400+ Multipliers, to introduce our new identity. The new identity, the new brand, the new colors, the new visuals stand for what we do, best. We are in the business of dealing with humans, their work, their pay. It needs to be human. Chatbots are great, they are everywhere these days, but humans need to be treated as humans. That’s what we excel at Multiplier, treating people right, treating them as humans. Always being there for them in the moment of truth.
