Highlights
Last week, I had the pleasure of joining PIM (Purpose in Motion) in Motion (PIM) as a venture-building mentor for Huawei Seeds For The Future #MiddleEast and #CentralAsia, hosted in the beautiful country of Uzbekistan 🇺🇿. 🌟
I had the privilege of delivering a session on ideation and persona mapping, and mentoring five incredible teams from the UAE, SaudiArabia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Oman. Each team brought forward intelligent, original tech-based ideas that address global challenges.
Here’s a glimpse into their innovative projects: 🇦🇪 Beyond Limits: A customizable gadget designed to help those with hand limitations caused by stroke-related paralysis, functioning as a glove that acts as a mouse.
🇴🇲 Sufun: A system tackling household fresh food waste using air pollution gas sensors and machine learning.
🇰🇿 Terra Nil: An IoT solution for soil erosion monitoring, providing real-time data on soil moisture, temperature, and conductivity to prevent erosion in farmland.
🇺🇿 Re-Cycle: A project dedicated to reducing plastic waste by innovatively recycling PET (polyethylene terephthalate) to produce more efficient filament for 3D printing.
🇸🇦 NABEH: An AI tool aimed at addressing the global shortage of family doctors by enhancing early detection and management of chronic conditions like diabetes.
I'm thrilled to share that out of the five teams I mentored, one (Beyond Limits 🇦🇪) was recognized as the regional champion and is preparing to compete globally in China 🇨🇳. Two other teams were recognized as outstanding projects (Nabeeh 🇸🇦and Sufun 🇴🇲), ranking in the top 4 out of 26 teams. 🌍🏆
Having worked with Huawei and PIM (Purpose in Motion) on these programs for the past three years, I continue to be inspired by the dedication and passion of these young innovators. A big shoutout to
- Fellow mentors: Ammar Alnatour, Olesia Ermakova 奥莉, Samir Azazy and Saurabh Nanda.
- The amazing female hero Haolan Duan (Program Manager), who ensured the program ran smoothly and flawlessly.
- The local team behind a perfect program bringing over 151 participants and making a mission impossible well-excuted: Alexandra Nabieva, Nodira Otabekova, Johongirxo'ja Jo'rayev, Oleg Pak and Ikhtiyor Sodikov.
A heartfelt thank you to the judges, Wathiq Mansoor, Murod Khusanov and Ebrahim al Rasheed for their valuable time, insightful feedback, and dedication to nurturing the next generation of innovators.

🌟 Contributing to the Dutch Innovation and Entrepreneurship EcoSystem 🌍
When I was offered the opportunity to join the Huawei Seeds For The Future program #EU Regional Program in Rome 🇮🇹, I had one clear goal: to support a Dutch team in its quest for success.
The Netherlands 🇳🇱 has been pivotal in my entrepreneurial journey, allowing me to pave an academic pathway specialized in entrepreneurship, innovation and strategy and register my first official company (Warsha Consulting (ورشة)).
I deeply value the innovative ecosystem here and want to give back by empowering young entrepreneurs to build impactful ventures that contribute to the #SustainableDevelopmentGoals (#SDGs).
I am incredibly proud to have mentored #BioBuddy, a talented team from the Benelux🇳🇱🇱🇺🇧🇪, who are developing a groundbreaking solution to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in India through the digestion of cow manure waste. Their approach not only provides electrical energy but also produces fertilizer—turning waste into a valuable resource! 💩➡⚡
As one of the two #EURegionalChampions🏆, they are now preparing to scale their solution on a global stage. I am excited to continue our consultation sessions to support their journey toward scalability and greater social impact.
Congratulations to Joris Köster Aryan Sharma Sascha Koh Friso Smedes and Tiësto 'T Jolle for working so hard to make this achievement and to Chuyue Zhang (Huawei Nederland) for making this possible and to Melody Su, M. Ed (PIM (Purpose in Motion)) for being the unstoppable engine behind all this!
Thank you to everyone involved in this inspiring program! Let’s keep pushing the boundaries of innovation together. 🚀
