Highlights
Celebrating the completion of our ROG, ( Relational Organisational Gestalt), Phase One Training. Such a rich journey together over these past 9 months exploring the power of our SOS framework: Phenomenology, Dialogue, Field Theory as expressed in Ethical Presence. Deep Gratitude to our ROG Associate Faculty for assisting us in the delivery of this cohort. James Woodeson, Aline Giordano, John Hovell, PMP, CKM.
There was much discussion at our ending today of the individual process we all experienced within our interconnected relational field. How we have met, learnt, loved and will now let go.
Wishing all our participants well as they take their ROG skills out into the world: England, Scotland, Ireland, Italy, Germany, Russia, Portugal, Uruguay, Armenia, Singapore, South Africa. We look forward to witnessing your work and creations in your contexts. Sarika Mahadeo-Diercks, Adam Carrick (FRSA, MIHSCM), Anna Rowan, Glenn Treacy, Adi Forman, Renata Gizatulina, Armine Mkrtchyan, Noel E K Tan CPF (Master), HSDP, Co-Active Coach, Helen Ross, Michela Candotti, Giuseppe Petrosino, Andrea Campbell, Mariana Solana. David Buggie, you were missed and yet your Presence was felt.
For Marie-Anne and I, a celebration of our 25 year journey of crafting ROG together. As we said today, we believe the best is yet to come.
Thank you all for the sharing and ongoing inspiration to develop the Theory and Practices of a Relational Gestalt Approach to Organisations. We will be in touch to publish our latest "ROG out in the Wild" collection.
If you are interested in ROG as a development of your organisational work/practice, ( Leaders, Coaches, Consultants), please look at our website, download the information and contact us…..we are taking applications for our next Phase One program starting in the Autumn: https://lnkd.in/eifdR7Yy
Meanwhile: a reminder of the assimilation process.
“Nothing you love is lost. Not really. Things, people—they always go away, sooner or later. You can’t hold them, any more than you can hold moonlight. But if they’ve touched you, if they’re inside you, then they’re still yours. The only things you ever really have are the ones you hold inside your heart”. ~Bruce Coville (Book: Jeremy Thatcher, Dragon Hatcher https://amzn.to/47IBzhz )
Delighted to hear that the Scientific and Medical Network have this week released some short clips excerpted from the webinar I presented in 2021. The full length recording will be broadcast as a 'live' video premiere today on - Saturday, 16th December at 6:00 PM (UK), on their YouTube channel:
For those of you who think that Relational Gestalt approaches as offered at Relational Change may support a "Spiritual" view of the world: interconnected and interdependent.
