Highlights
Since the start of 2024, our clinicians at Family Spring have facilitated over 9000 individual therapy appointments. It's in any one of these appointments that a client can have that "aha" moment; a deep insight, inspiration, a goal being met, etc. I just wanted to take a moment and publicly show gratitude for our wonderful clinician team!

Psychotherapists! For those of you who transitioned from community mental health to private practice, did you ever struggle with your professional authority around boundaries of session day times? Session limits? I know a lot of us who worked for years in community mental health are/were often responding to the client's need/struggle, and sometimes that meant rescheduling often (for good reason on their part). If/when you transitioned to private practice, did you ever struggle with setting limits around your schedule? Thanks in advance for filling out this poll! I'll have a few others soon and it'll be helpful for our incoming clinicians at Family Spring, especially those coming in from community mental health settings.
